1. General Use of Facility & Code of Conduct

LakeSide Social is a family-friendly entertainment venue. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Zero Tolerance: Any guest displaying aggressive behavior, damaging property (including bowling lanes, monitors, or mini-golf obstacles), or engaging in illegal activity will be ejected immediately without refund.

Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

2. Bowling & Mini-Golf Safety

By participating in activities at LakeSide Social, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity.

Lane Safety: Crossing the foul line is strictly prohibited. The lanes are oiled and extremely slippery. LakeSide Social is not liable for injuries resulting from slipping past the foul line.

Equipment: Guests are responsible for selecting the correct bowling ball weight. Please keep hands clear of the ball return mechanism at all times.

Mini-Golf: Please stay on designated paths. Climbing on obstacles or roughhousing with putters is prohibited.

Liability Waiver: Guests assume all risks of personal injury or property damage arising from their use of the facilities.

3. Alcohol Policy

LakeSide Social strictly adheres to the regulations set forth by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC).

Identification: We ID everyone. No ID, No Service.

Over-Service: Staff reserve the right to cut off alcohol service to any patron who appears intoxicated.

Outside Beverages: No outside food or beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are permitted on the premises.

4. Reservations, Events & Cancellations

Lane Availability: Open play lanes are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless a reservation is made. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a specific start time.

Deposits: Private events and party packages may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.

Cancellations:
Open Play Reservations: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
‍Private Events: Refer to your specific Event Contract for cancellation terms.

Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late for a reservation, LakeSide Social reserves the right to release your lane(s) to waiting guests.

5. Multimedia & Photography

By entering the premises, you grant LakeSide Social the right to film, video, or photograph you on facility property for any reason without payment or consideration. These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

6. LakeSide Social Rewards Program

If you choose to join our digital loyalty program, the following specific terms apply:

No Cash Value: Points collected have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. They are promotional tokens only.

Exclusions: Points are earned on retail food, beverage, and bowling purchases. Unless explicitly approved, points are not earned on League Fees, Tournament Entries, or Contracted Private Events.

Expiration: Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke membership and forfeit points if a member violates the Facility Code of Conduct (Section 1).

SMS Consent: By joining, you consent to receive automated marketing texts regarding your balance and offers. Reply STOP to opt-out at any time.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (Name, Phone, Email) is used solely for internal reservations, marketing, and transaction processing. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your visit to LakeSide Social shall be resolved in the courts of Van Buren County, MI.
